He leads the overall vision and direction of the organisation, developing and delivering programmes, overseeing the team and making key executive decisions to ensure the CIC continues to grow and create meaningful impact within the community.

LEE
With over 25 years of experience in community engagement and project management, Beresford supports the strategic direction and development of Express to Progress CIC.
He contributes to programme design and delivery while providing strategic and managerial support to strengthen the CIC and move its wider vision forward.

Sean plays an important role in connecting Express to Progress with the wider community.
As a business owner, parent and someone with strong community ties, he brings valuable grassroots insight, relationships and creative ideas that help ensure our work remains connected to the people and communities we aim to serve.
Programme Development Officer
Rosemary supports the development and delivery of programmes across Express to Progress.
She also supports the financial structure of the CIC, while contributing to the wider development of the organisation and supporting the team in creating opportunities for growth and community impact.

Media & Content Creative LeadBradley leads the creative and media direction of Express to Progress, capturing and showcasing the work taking place within the community.
With years of experience producing high-quality filming and media content, he brings creative ideas to the team and supports the delivery of media focused workshops and programmes.

Anna oversees the administrative side of Express to Progress, helping to ensure the CIC remains organised and operates effectively.
She also provides valuable consultation and input into the development and direction of the organisation.
